Q-Box
The Q-Box captures flames and heat during explosion venting; allowing easy indoor and outdoor installation and positioning of relevant machinery.Manufacturing equipment of low sturdiness and with large venting area requirements is cost-effectively protected from the aftermath of an explosion. The rectangular cross section complements the dimensions of standard explosion vents, making the protection system suitable for retrofitting existing installations. Applications
The Q-Box is designed for plants that are at risk of dust explosions, that is, where there are filters, elevators, silos or other equipment with low rigidity and large explosion venting areas, handling dust with KSt Values up to 200 barm/s.
